About Me

Hi, my name is Randy Hill and I am just one of thousands of people around the world, tired and frustrated with the lack of consideration that is displayed by a growing "demographic" that I call, "the great unwashed and ill-mannered." People who can't seem to get outside their little world long enough to see the stress that they create on the rest of the population.

I've created this blog and online store as an outlet for this pent-up frustration...and also to have a little devious fun while I'm at it!

Have fun and keep it down while you're in here. Thanks.

[When Randy isn't whining about noisy and rude people, he dreams up designs in his studio at Hill Design Studios. A native Texan, Randy resides in the wilds of the Pacific Northwest with his wife Dawn and four cats]

“Look Ma, No Brain.” Cellphone Usage and Brain Tumors Collide.

Internationally Known Neurosurgeon Blows Whistle on Possible Brain Damage From Cellphone Usage

Well, apparently, if you don’t die from boredom listening to the person next to you rambling inanely away on their cellphone, you may die from brain damage by keeping the phone next to your ear during your own cellphone calls.

Internationally known neurosurgeon, Vini Khurana, reports his findings that, “there is a significant and growing body of evidence (confirming) the link between cell phones and some brain tumours.”

For those of you who walk around with that little Bluetooth bug in your ear, according to information posted on the Aegis Corporation website (they supply equipment to the U.S. Department of Defense) both “wireless (Bluetooth) and wired (unshielded) headsets pose significantly high amounts of cell phone radiation exposure to users.”

What’s a cellphone addict to do? Use a hands-free headset to keep the phone away from your body. However, this doesn’t reduce your background exposure to wireless hotspots, and even worse, wire-antenna and Bluetooth headsets may act as antennas to attract ambient or background wireless signals to your head. Doctors suggests using “air-based” head sets, although they won’t prevent second-hand electropollution.

If you really want to scare yourself and get more information to boot, you can read more on this website.
